We make our sausages fresh to order and ask that orders be placed by Tuesday evening to be shipped on Wednesday and be with you on Thursday.

We are artisan producers and make everything by hand and therefore due to physical distancing and other workplace constraints placed on us by Covid-19 our production capacity is quite curtailed.

All of our products are made fresh, have a good shelf life and everything freezes perfectly.
