This is the classic traditional Irish sausage made to Jane’s Grandfather’s recipe. It is 85% prime, fresh lean Irish pork mixed with some ground pin-head oats and our own blend of spices including mace, nutmeg, coriander and black and white pepper.
These sausages are filled into natural lamb casings and packed without any preserving gasses.
The leanness of the meat gives the sausages a good firm bite. This makes them the breakfast choice of many but will also make a delicious simple supper or perhaps an indulgent sausage sandwich.
