Fresh Blood Black Pudding

We are really proud to be one of the handful of producers using fresh blood to make our black pudding.

We collect fresh blood from our local abattoir and add pearl barley, onions, some back fat and a hint of seasoning before gently steaming to cook through.

The texture is soft and creamy making this a very adaptable product that can be used in anything from a traditional breakfast to a fantastic ingredient for dinner recipes.
