Chefs’ Page

For the past six years we have been busy creating a sausage boutique in our little production kitchen in Kilcullen.

Here we take orders every Monday morning from chefs who can choose from our current range or perhaps ask us to create something special. Sometimes we like a bespoke flavour so much we incorporate it into our current range.

As well as having a choice of flavour the chef can choose either lamb or hog casing, the length of the link or perhaps even a coil – the choice is yours. With all this choice you would not be surprised by the number of chefs who order our Original Irish as their sausage of choice!
